Keep your Digital Signage Display fresh by introducing seasonal themes.

Layout Package

Download the rather dull Layout shown here and install it on your ONELAN Net-Top-Box (NTB). Then download one of our themes listed below to transform it into a design appropriate to the season. The download is a ZIP file, DO NOT unzip it, use "Layout Packages" on your NTB install it.

Note: this concept only works if you do not move or resize zones in the layout. We will keep you informed when we make new themes available.

Note:

• Zone A is the background for showing an image from the theme for the season.
• Zone B is a folder-play followed by TV. You may want to remove one or the other.
• Zone N is for a mask image and covers zone B.
• Zones D and E are for a captioned slide show of matching files in
  /media/shoe/seasonal/slides+captions.
• Zone G will show your logo if you upload it and delete ours from
  media/show/seasonal/logo
• Edit the contents of the remaining zones to suit your requirements.

Themes

1. Select and download a theme, they are ZIP files, see below.
2. Unzip the file and you will find a folder named "show" on your computer.
3. FTP upload the "show" folder into the "media" folder on the NTB.
4. Browse to "Files & Folders" and into media/show/seasonal/back.
5. The first file in the list is the background image or animation that will appear in the Seasonal layout. Copy and paste the file that you want to use, giving it a name that puts it at the top of the list (e.g. "fireworks.png" becomes "0_fireworks.png")
   The ".SWF" files are animated and only recommended for use on the NTB3000 series.
6. Browse to media/show/seasonal/mask and ensure that there is a matching ".PNG" file. (e.g. "0_fireworks.png")
7. Change the colours of text items and the clock to suit the background image.

Easter Theme

We suggest using R=0, G=94, B=0 as the colour for the two text zones at the base of the page. The light blue used in the background image is R=166, G=214, B=252.

Spring Theme

We suggest using pastel shades on white backgrounds for the clock and scrolls. The light green used in the background image is R=215, G=255, B=196.

Fireworks Theme

The blue used in this theme is Red = 33, Green = 64 and Blue = 154.

You may also like to copy and paste the following text into zones on the NTB. These documents include a safety warning, some historical facts about fireworks and safety rules for sparklers.

Halloween Theme

The orange used in this theme is: Red=248, Green=162, Blue=49

We have also provided some text about pumpkins and witches that you can copy and paste into a zone on the screen.

Christmas Kids Theme

We suggest using dark red and dark blue colours for text on white backgrounds.

Christmas Corporate Theme

We suggest using dark red and dark blue or green colours for text on white backgrounds.
