Technical Support Guidelines
ONELAN Limited is the manufacturer of the Net-Top-Box which may have been installed in your organisation by your audio visual Dealer. The Dealer may also have installed other equipment such as a display screen and video distribution equipment which are not ONELAN products. Should you have any queries regarding the installation or the other products then please contact your Dealer.
Please contact your Dealer for any ONELAN product training that you may require.
For further advice and assistance on the ONELAN Net-Top-Box, please read the user guide under the Help system in the web-pages of the device. A more up-to-date version of the guide can be found at www.onelan.co.uk/user
Should you experience technical difficulties with the ONELAN Net-Top-Box then please consult the troubleshooter guide at www.onelan.co.uk/trouble . This guide will help you to resolve any problem that you may encounter or provide you with an error code to e-mail to ONELAN who will deal with the problem from there.

ONELAN does not charge for technical support. The support desk is open between 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. ONELAN aim to answer every call within four working hours. To keep the lines of communication open for all our customers, ONELAN cannot offer the normal training course over the phone.
