Notes

Large Mega pixel images may take a second or two to appear and slow the NTB down.Always resize image to fit the zone before uploading them to the NTB.

If an image appears to be stretched or squashed then edit the properties of the item in the playlist and set the "mode" to either "letterbox" or "crop".

If the playList appears to be "stuck" on an image then check that the duration for this item is not "indefinite". Give it a finite duration.

Send a Support Snapshot

Optional: Preview an Image on the screen to reduce the load on the processor.

Browse to the "Settings | Support" page on the NTB and click "Run" for "Create Support Snapshot".

The NTB will create a file and prompt you to download it.("Server Error" message? Try again, don't leave out step 1.)

Click the link below to start a new e-mail message.

Attatch the downloaded file to the e-mail.

Give a description of the problem and send the e-mail.

Technical Support will reply with further instructions.
