Notes

  • The NTB will publish the default Layout and any other Layouts that appear in the diary.
  • Other Layouts will be ignored.
  • The Channel will not publish if there are mistakes in it.

Instructions

  1. Finalise the Layout schedule in the Layout Manager on the NTB that will be the publisher
  2. Browse to the "Settings | Channel Settings" page on the Publisher.
  3. Change the role to "NTB Publishes Channel content".
  4. When the new page appears, read the Help page and follow the instructions.
  5. Go to the "Channel Publishing" page.
  6. Click the "Publish Channel Now" button.
  7. Go to the "Channel Status" page.
  8. Wait until the "Files sent" reaches 100% (in green) or read any error messages and resolve the problem.
  9. When the "Files sent" in the Channel Status page reaches 100% then the Channel is published.

Send a Support Snapshot

  1. Optional: Preview an Image on the screen to reduce the load on the processor.
  2. Browse to the "Settings | Support" page on the NTB and click "Run" for "Create Support Snapshot".
  3. The NTB will create a file and prompt you to download it.("Server Error" message? Try again, don't leave out step 1.)
  4. Click the link below to start a new e-mail message.
  5. Attatch the downloaded file to the e-mail.
  6. Give a description of the problem and send the e-mail.
  7. Technical Support will reply with further instructions.
