The Net-Top-Box (NTB) displays content on a screen according to a user-defined geometry and sequence.
A Zone is a rectangular area at a certain location on the screen in which a PlayList will be shown.
Every Zone has a Playlist
A Playlist has one or more media items (Content).
Content can be video, audio, images or text files stored on the NTB or other video, adudio and web content sourced over the Internet or airwaves.
Every Zone has a position and size (geometry).
Zone position is given as the X and Y co-ordinates on the screen. Note that the top, left corner of the screen is position 0,0.
The larger the left, or X, value, the further to the right the zone will be. The larger the top, or Y, value, the further down the screen the zone will be.
Positions and sizes can be given in pixels or as a percentage of the screen size.
If positions are given in pixels, the zone will appear in a different position on two screens of different size.
